Do you have shipping costs?

All orders within the Netherlands are free of shipping costs.

If you order outside the Netherlands we apply shipping costs.


Do the shipping costs include the customs, duties and/or taxes?

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid’ (DDU), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient. 

Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.


When will my order by shipped?

If you’ve ordered before 09:00PM, CET it will be shipped the same day. 

Shipments within the Netherlands will be delivered the next day. For foreign orders we have a delivery time of 2-7 business days.


What is the status of my order?

After you have placed your order you will receive a Track & Trace number by mail with your order/shipping confirmation.

You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it has been delivered.


What is our return policy?

Our returns policy allows you to return products unused within 14 days of receiving them. You can open the package and check the contents. Returns will only be accepted when the shoes are unused and in the original packaging.


What are the costs to return my order?

The costs of the return depend on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please check with your local post office for the price. Please note that return shipments are at the customer's own expense.
